Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of your cleaning. Clean Vybez accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Check.

Cancellation: We pride ourselves to flexible and we certainly understand that it may be necessary at times to cancel or reschedule your cleaning services. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice, otherwise there will be a $60.00 cancellation fee charged. Cancellations must be made by contacting our main number. Cancellations cannot be made through your cleaning technician. For All no shows or if we cannot gain access to your home, we will charge the full amount of the cleaning.

Refunds: Clean Vybez will not issue a refund if the cleaning was canceled less than 24 hours in advance. We ONLY issue refunds on services that are canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Guarantee Satisfaction: While we do not issue refunds on completed services, we understand that our technicians are human and will mistakes. Clean Vybez will be more than happy to re-clean any area of your home that you are not satisfied with. Re-cleans will only occur if notice is given within 24 hours after the cleaning as occurred.

Pets: We love pets, but we respectfully ask that you secure all pets.

​

Damaged Property: Clean Vybez is fully bonded and insured. If any of your property is damaged, notice must be given within 48 hours.

Limitation of Services Provided: Due to safety concerns and insurance regulations, our Clean Vybez cleaning technicians will not climb higher than a 3 step ladder, will not clean any animal or human feces, urine, blood or any other bio-hazardous material. Our technicians will not lift any objects that weigh more than 27lbs. We cannot haul away furniture, debris or trash.
